COMMERCIAL PHOTOVOLTAIC SYSTEMS

• A total capacity of 10MW systems is approved with the limits for each system ranging from 10kW-500kW
• Concerns Photovoltaic installations implemented in commercial or industrial units for the production of electricity for own use
• The production of electricity will be exclusively for own consumption purposes, that means there is no compensation for as much energy is injected into the network
• The system size must be adapted to the consumer’s demand profile
• Between the hours of 5: 00-18: 00 (hours of production of a P/V System) no kWh should be “lost” as they are not compensated by the EAC
